What happens after you send it

1. We read it the same business day. Send it at night or on the weekend and it is the first thing looked at on the next working morning.
2. We call to pin down the job. A couple of questions about what is not working, where it is and when suits you. For a small, clear job a photo is often enough to price it.
3. Our estimator comes out for the rest. Panels, rewires, additions and commercial work get a walk-through so the price covers what the job actually needs.
4. You get a written price. Nothing starts until you say yes, and the price you approve is the price you pay unless you change the job.

Where we are

Our office is at 675 Porter Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29730. There is no showroom and no need to visit: we come to you. From Porter Road we reach Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay and Lake Wylie in minutes, and the North Carolina licence takes the same crew across the state line into Charlotte, Matthews and the Union County towns.

Licensed in South Carolina (M110118) and North Carolina (27147-U), and insured. Check either number with the state board before any electrician sets foot in your home; we would rather you did.
