Most of what we do is in homes: a switch that stopped working, a panel that needs more capacity, lighting for a kitchen, a ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling, or the electrical items on a home inspection report. You get a licensed electrician, an estimate before work starts, and work done to code. Most of these jobs are in Rock Hill, Fort Mill and the rest of York County, and across the state line in Charlotte.
We work across York, Chester and Lancaster counties in South Carolina and Mecklenburg and Union counties in North Carolina. No job too small.

What customers say about this work
Installed 4 flush lights with dimmer switch to bedroom where there was no overhead lighting (installed switches beside bed in addition to the ones on the wall entrance), replaced lighting over tub and shower to flush light, converted 2 florescent figures to LED, one with motion sensor, added 2 outlet receptacles to master closet, installed whole home surge protector to breaker box. Electricians worked together as a team until completion - very efficient, friendly, timely, and were very open to modification requests. Job well done.

We have enjoyed Joe’s work for years, and the quality of his work has not fallen off as he has grown his business into the multi county service it is today. Just recently we had a major power surge that fried many of the electrics in our house. Joe’s people were quick to help us identify the problem, thorough in helping us root out the damage, and professional in helping us repair and prepare for any future occurrences. Great work guys. You’re the best.

Kirby arrived early and greeted me with a smile. I showed him what needed to be done and he got right to it. He was respectful of our home and thoroughly answered my questions about what he was doing. I’m so that we hired J & E Electric to replace our smoke detectors. I’ll definitely be using them in the future for all of our electrical needs.

J&E Electric did a great job for us. The electricians were knowledgeable and were able to troubleshoot our electrical problem quickly and replaced our outlets and ceiling fan. J&E is our go to electrician whenever we have electrical issues. I can highly recommend them!

My home inspection flagged electrical items. Can you fix them?
Yes. Send us the inspection report and we quote the electrical items on it. Inspection repairs and code corrections are one of the most common reasons people call us.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, in both states. South Carolina license M110118 and North Carolina license 27147-U, and we carry insurance. You can check either license number with the state board before we come out.
